Documentation Matters
One of 3 BEI Certified Forensic Inspectors in Tennessee
A verbal opinion isn’t enough
Royal House provides forensic roof and exterior inspections performed by a BEI Certified Forensic Inspector — one of 3 in the entire state of Tennessee.
Whether you’re evaluating storm-related concerns, investigating construction defects, documenting manufacturer issues, or simply seeking confidence in the condition of your home, decisions are stronger when they’re supported by evidence. Our Proof Process Package creates a documented record of observed conditions, supporting evidence, and our professional findings so homeowners have clear information when making important decisions.

Why This Certification Matters
Most roof inspections are performed by salespeople.
Forensic inspections are performed by trained inspectors whose focus is observation, documentation, and analysis.
As a BEI Certified Forensic Inspector, Paul has completed specialized training in identifying and documenting roof system conditions, providing homeowners with a level of detail that goes far beyond a typical inspection.

Proof Process Package FAQs
Is this the same as a free roof inspection?
No. A Proof Process Package includes the forensic inspection, documentation, findings, photography, a formal review of observed conditions, and ongoing consultation regarding the inspection, documentation, and professional findings when additional clarification is needed.
Do I need visible leaks to schedule an inspection?
No. Many homeowners schedule an inspection to establish a baseline understanding of their roof’s condition, before purchasing a home, after a storm to ensure they don’t miss any damage that may have occurred, or to investigate any irregularities that they’ve noticed from the street.
Can I use documentation for insurance, warranty, or builder-related concerns?
Yes. Homeowners often use documentation from the Proof Process Package as part of their own communications with insurers, builders, manufacturers, or other parties.
Do you interpret insurance policies or negotiate claims?
No. Royal House documents observed conditions and provides professional findings regarding roofing and exterior systems. We do not determine coverage or negotiate claims.
