What it’s like to
work with Royal house
Step 1 – Booking
Step 2 – Inspection
Step 3 – Consultation
Step 4 – Selection Day
Step 5 – Build Day
Step 6 – Project Closeout
Step 1 – Booking
The first step is to schedule your Exterior Assessment ($100.00) or Proof Process Package ($450.00) inspection. If you already know your home is in need of an exterior project, you can schedule a consultation to get a quote. Booking is simple. Just give us a call, shoot us a text, send us an email, or fill out our form and we’ll get back with you ASAP to find a time that works best for you.
Step 2 – Inspection
Our Exterior Assessment is quick, but thorough. We’ll cover all the exterior areas of your home and note any problems (or lack thereof). We’ll then schedule your consultation to go over what we found and give you a copy of your report.
Our Proof Process Package inspection takes a bit more time. First, we’ll go over what the Proof Process entails to make sure it’s the right fit for you. Afterwards, you can expect an insurance compliant documentation of your home. We’ll then schedule your consultation to go over your full damage report and the next steps in the process.
Step 3 – Consultation
If you booked a consultation to get a quote for your exterior project, we’ll present our bid, discuss our product lineups and installation methods, and answer any questions you may have. If you decide then and there to move forward with us, we’ll jump right into selection of materials and scheduling. If not, we’ll schedule follow up with you for another day.
Exterior Assessment: At your consultation, we’ll present our findings and give you a copy of your report. If we found damage to your home during your assessment, we’ll provide our recommendations and let you know what your options are. If not, you can rest assured knowing that your home is performing the way it should.
Proof Process Package: At your consultation, we’ll present our findings and go over your full report and everything it includes. Then, we’ll go over the next steps in the process and answer any questions you may have.
Step 4 – Selection Day
You’ve decided to move forward with us for your project; now for the fun part! Selection Day is when you get to choose material colors and upgrades and get your build on the schedule. We’ll bring color samples for you to look at and even put up against your home for comparison. We’ll also go over our material options and installation methods if we haven’t already.
Step 5 – Build Day
During the build process, you can expect consistent communication. Prior to your build, we’ll let you know when your materials will arrive and what time work will begin. During the production process, you’ll receive live, real-time updates. From setting up our yard protection system to our thorough, magnet sweep clean up is finished, you’ll know exactly what’s going on with your home. Once your project is complete, we’ll do a quality control walk-through with you to go over everything and answer any questions you may have.
Step 6 – Project Closeout
Once your build is finished, we’ll register your warranties, fill out your Certificate of Completion, and send you any documents relevant to your project. If your project is related to an insurance claim, you’ll receive our propriety documentation system with step-by-step instructions of how to complete your claim.

How we run our job sites
We believe how a job site is run says a lot about a company. We keep job sites clean and organized with our yard protection system, respect your property, and communicate throughout the process.
We also take care of the people doing the work. On build days, we set up a tent and cooler so our crew has a place to rest and stay hydrated. It’s a small detail, but it reflects how we operate. When people are treated well, the quality of work follows.
Everything we do, from how we inspect roofs to how we run our job sites, is guided by a few core principles: doing things the right way, taking ownership, and treating people with respect.
